Our mission
We develop AI-driven support solutions that help companies make their IT more efficient, user-friendly, and cost-effective. Our technology detects problems in real-time, provides immediate assistance, including via voice and screen sharing, thus relieving not only IT teams but also increasing employee satisfaction.
Our story
We originated from practice. Out of frustration, but also from the firm belief that there is a better way. As long-time IT managers, developers, and product leads, we have experienced how much valuable time is lost due to repetitive support tickets.
Long waiting lines, overloaded helpdesks, inefficient processes - we no longer wanted to accept this.
That’s why we founded nara. An AI that understands, analyzes, and solves IT problems without tickets, without waiting time. Our platform was born out of a genuine passion for technology, but even more out of the desire to solve real problems in everyday work. Today, we apply our experience from corporations, startups, and research to rethink support: efficient, empathetic, and always available.
