Our story
As IT managers and developers, we knew the problem firsthand: endless waiting loops, frustrated users, and teams overwhelmed by repetitive tickets.
In 2024, we had the aha moment: What if support were so intelligent that it recognized problems before they caused frustration? This question gave rise to nara. We combined our experience in AI research, software engineering, and scaling SaaS business models. Since then, we have been helping companies rethink tech support – live, instantly, and in compliance with GDPR.
