These terms of use apply to visiting and using the website nara.de including its subpages (the "website"), operated by nara GmbH, Leightonstraße 3, 97074 Würzburg, Germany ("nara").

The use of nara's software and services is governed exclusively by the contractually agreed terms, in particular the General Terms and Conditions that form part of the respective contract. These terms of use govern the use of the website only.

The content of the website serves to provide general information about nara, its products, and its services. It does not constitute a legally binding offer. Information on features, services, and prices is non-binding; only the terms agreed in the respective contract are decisive.

nara creates and updates the content with care but does not guarantee its completeness, correctness, or currency. nara may change, supplement, or discontinue the website and its content at any time without notice.

The content published on the website, in particular texts, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is protected by copyright. Any use beyond the limits of copyright law, in particular reproduction, editing, distribution, and making available to the public, requires nara's prior consent. Retrieving and displaying the content in the course of an ordinary website visit and linking to the website remain permitted.

The trademarks and signs used on the website, in particular the nara trademark, are protected. Their use requires the prior consent of the respective rights holder.

When using the website, it is prohibited to:

• impair the functioning of the website or circumvent security measures,
• read out or reproduce content in an automated manner and at scale (scraping), with the exception of customary indexing by search engines,
• transmit unlawful, offensive, or harmful content, including malware, via forms or other functions.

nara strives for continuous availability of the website but does not owe it. Maintenance work, further development, or disruptions may lead to temporary restrictions. There is no entitlement to use of the website.

The website contains links to third-party websites. nara has no influence on their content; the respective provider is responsible for it. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent. If nara becomes aware of legal violations, it will remove the affected links without delay.

nara is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In all other respects, liability for damage arising from the free use of the website is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is nara's registered office in Würzburg.

nara may amend these terms of use with effect for the future. The version published at the time of the visit applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
