Agents and workflows

Agents take requests in Microsoft Teams, by chat or call, and carry out the work.

Company knowledge

Turning guides and resolved tickets into knowledge the agents use to find a fix.

nara Edge

A service on computers and servers that lets nara fix problems right on the device. The firewall stays closed.

TypeScript and Next.js

A TypeScript monorepo built around Next.js, plus dedicated services for agent execution, knowledge ingestion, and voice.
